Manchester City have confirmed the signing of Patrick Roberts from Fulham.
The 18-year old is one of the best young defenders around, and is believed to have been signed for a reported £10m.
Fulham boss Kit Symons had earlier confirmed that the London-based club were in serious talks over Roberts' switch to The Etihad Stadium.
While Symons hoped the young Englishman would complete his education at Craven Cottage, he still couldn't avoid a move as Manchester City were able to strike a deal successfully.
Roberts now becomes Manchester City third signing of the summer - all of them being young English players - having already completed deals for Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph earlier.
